Trend Micro Inc.Control System (Trend VCS) is a web-based management console software product. Trend VCS version 1.6 now enables Trend eDoctor Service Providers to remotely access and automatically update a customer's network antivirus software from desktop to Internet Gateway. It streamlines antivirus software management across the enterprise.
This product manages desktop and server-based antivirus software on Windows 3.x, 95, 98 and NT operating systems as well as control server-based antivirus software running on Unix and Netware. It uses both a Windows and a Web-based interface enabling it to manage antivirus software across the entire enterprise, regardless of server location or platform. Trend VCS now supports InterScan AppletTrap for NT, which secures the enterprise from malicious mobile code, in addition to other Trend Micro antivirus products running on NT, NetWare, and Unix.
