Singapore Government Awards Contract to Procure Microtest Cable Test Equipment

N/Aom Equipment Pte. Ltd., a unit of Singapore Telecom, has been awarded a tender from the Singapore government's National Computer Board to supply Microtest (Phoenix) cable testers and cable management software to the government over the next 12 months, with an option to renew the contract for an additional six months.

<%=company%> and its Singapore distributor, Sunderland Technologies Pte Ltd., estimate the value of the contract at up to $4.0 million over the life of the tender. Some Microtest products included with this award are OMNIScanner, CertiFiber, and MT Crimp software. The OMNIScanner cable tester is capable of certifying the Category 6 cabling being installed throughout all of Singapore's government agencies.
