Omnitronix, Inc.
Omnitronix manufactures ASCII data monitoring and collection devices. Our products are used in the collection of SMDR, alarm, traffic and ACD data for telemanagement and call accounting applications. Additional applications include PBX alarm monitoring and reporting, and remote site access to serial devices for programming and maintenance purposes. Two relatively new products, the Data-Link Pollable Remote Access Unit and the SNMP-Link Network Management Proxy Agent, are designed to aid in the integration of telephony and computer networking through providing network access to remote phone room or computer room equipment, providing a means of polling telephony data via the network or the Internet, and allowing network managers to monitor and maintain this equipment using the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
In addition to the Omnitronix name brand product line, Omnitronix private-labels many of these products as an OEM to many top telecommunications companies in the industry.
Companies using Omnitronix products include 3-Com, Ameritel, Sprint, Lucent Technologies, AT&T, GTE, Veramark, SwitchView, Telemate.net, ISI Infortext, BellCanada, Bell South, BC Tel, Communication Sciences, Northrup Grumman, Wiltel, Nextel, Cisco, TTI and most of the RBOC's.
All Omnitronix products are manufactured at a 14,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located in downtown Seattle, WA, a few blocks from Seattle's famous Space Needle. Omnitronix is a privately held corporation, and employs approximately 50 people.
At Omnitronix, we pride ourselves on quick delivery and excellent technical and customer support. Omnitronix products are considered by many to be the most reliable in the industry.
