New features of software will make it easier for users to assess network performance. The Transaction Diagram will provide a complete view of explicit foreground traffic sources, including times sent, average statistics, and transaction times to enable network managers to increase efficiency. This information can be viewed graphically in the Transaction Viewer, which depicts traffic information by the length and thickness of an arrow and its start and end points from source to destination. With this feature, users can visualize transaction behaviors that may not be apparent from viewing textual output.

Finding the overall cause of network transmission problems will also be facilitated with the help of the program's Software Diagram. The Software Diagram provides a high-level view of the transmission of messages and the path that the application takes from the its originating source to the message source, response source, until its final destination.
