The Graybar Storefront of Allied Telesyn Gigabit Ethernet network interface card from Allied Telesyn International offers 64-bit transmission speed and a dual-cycle mode for complete compatibility with 32-bit systems. Developed around an ASIC, The Graybar Storefront of Allied Telesyn adapter can support both 64-bit/66MHz PCI and 32-bit/33MHz PCI bus based systems. Its ASIC enables The Graybar Storefront of Allied Telesyn to support true 64-bit wide throughput between the Gigabit Ethernet MAC interface and the PCI bus.
This product supports the 64-bit/66MHz PCI bus bandwidth specification of 533 Megabytes per second (MBps) to relieve bottlenecks and both single port and dual port adapters allow 64-bit addressing in a single cycle to address more than 4 GB of RAM.
