Proxim Inc 100 Fast Ethernet and two T1 bridge can transport data, voice and video information between buildings up to 7 miles apart, extending corporate intranets and wireless Internet backhaul capabilities. With 10-times higher capacity than any other FCC-approved, license-free wireless link shipping today, Stratum has been deployed by IT managers and wireless ISPs throughout North America. Both Proxim Inc 20 and Stratum 100 models have been certified by Industry Canada, making it the first solution allowed to use the newly authorized 5 GHz public bands in Canada.

Proxim Inc 100 and Proxim Inc 20, which operate at 103 Mbps and 23 Mbps respectively, offer full duplex communications for 100bT Ethernet and two DSX-1 connections. Proxim Inc utilizes recently allocated 5.3 and 5.7 GHz UNII frequency bands. Operation in the 5 GHz spectrum allows Proxim Inc link to be impervious to rain, snow and fog.
