The redesign and reintroduction of the CADDY J1A35 Far Side Box Support is a direct result of customer demands. This wobble-free support bracket allows contractors to easily attach a secure, far side support to the box with a quick tap of a hammer. Unlike other box supports, a plaster ring is not required to hold the J1A35 in place.
A bendable leg made of mild steel is ready for 3-1/2" stud depths and a new feature includes a score mark for 2-1/2" stud walls. This eliminates the need to stock two different sizes. The J1A35 can be preassembled to electrical boxes in the shop to save time on the job site and minimize more expensive job site labor.
