Exodus to Buy Cohesive Technology Solutions for $100 Million

In a move expected to strengthen its managed network services offerings, Internet service and network management provider Exodus Communications Inc. (Santa Clara, CA) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cohesive Technology Solutions Inc. (Palo Alto, CA) for $100 million.

Cohesive is a technology professional services organization with knowledge in networking, web applications, and technology solutions. Specific areas of expertise include network design, integration, e-commerce, IT strategy project management, IT security, e-mail and messaging, database design and integration, and Internet and Intranet application development.
