Network-1 Security Solutions Inc.llPLUS-SV product now supports Windows 2000. e-Business users of Microsoft Windows 2000 platforms can now firewall their systems from hackers with intrusion-prevention software embedded at the operating system level. Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Advanced Server are all supported. Windows 2000 Data Center Server will be supported at a later date.

CyberwallPLUS-SV is a server-embedded firewall that utilizes a kernel-mode architecture to create a highly scaleable distributed security solution. CyberwallPLUS-SV enables system administrators to integrate rich firewall and intrusion prevention capabilities directly on critical application servers, such as Web, Email, database, and ERP servers. CyberWallPLUS-SV answers the need for industrial-strength e-Business security. The product substantially hardens Windows NT/Windows 2000 servers and, in the process, protects mission-critical applications that reside on them.
