Disk Defragmentation Utility

Raxco Software, Inc. 2000 is a disk defragmentation utility designed to support large Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000-based servers, and the Windows workstations networked with them. The program has five key capabilities:

• It is multiplatform -- it can defragment systems running Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 Release Candidate 2, Windows 95, and Windows 98
  
• It can defragment all the files on a system, including the Master File Table and all its associated Metadata, paging file, and directories. It does the entire disk in a single pass.
  
• Its patented Smart Placement placement technology places files on the disk according to their usage.
  
• Its QuickScan feature gives a snapshot view of the disk condition, so the system manager can see in a matter of seconds or minutes if a defragmentation run is necessary.
  
• It is designed specifically for large servers running high-performance, high availability applications such as electronic commerce, cluster servers, and online transaction processing.
