ClientCare Call Center Deluxe Edition (DE) is an enhancement to Centrex service that provides a full range of call center functionally from one Central Office (CO) independent of switch vendor. ClientCare DE addresses the call distribution and control needs of the formal call center market segment.
The ClientCare DE is designed to meet the sophisticated call routing and reporting needs of formal call centers. The DE provides all of the benefits of a centralized network-based solution with extensive functionality such as:
  • Customized strategies for call routing, including IVR-directed routing, skills-based routing, and call vectoring to adjust for specific conditions of the customer's call center.

  • Shared screen pops on call transfer and three-way conferencing.
  • Supervisor status displays of agents, queues, average time to answer, idle time, etc.
