CADDY CatTrax

Erico Inc. redefines flexibility by introducing a new datacomm cable tray alternative. The new CADDY CatTrax continuous cable support is a flexible, easy-to-install system. The system offers true flexibility because it makes changing planes and directions simple. Unlike existing "rigid" wire mesh or center rail systems, no bolt cutters or elaborate assemblies are required.

The new CADDY CatTrax system includes steel support hangers, a 25-foot roll of flexible mesh and snap-on connecting clips, all housed in lightweight, easy-to-carry and easy-to-store kits. The main support hangers are designed for 3/8" threaded rod and are UL-listed at 200 pounds per hanger. With 32 square inches of cable containment area, its capacity exceeds a comparable
2" x 12" tray by 25 percent.

Additional cables can be easily added with a simple locking and unlocking feature. The hangers can be easily installed above existing ceilings without disassembling the grid; and fastened to any main structure or substructure when used with other CADDY Fasteners.

The CatTrax system is compliant with ANSI/EIA/TIA structured cabling systems standards. The pliable mesh is plenum-rated and made from oriented-strand polymer for maximum strength. Fewer system accessories are needed with the CatTrax system, making it easier for job take-off, quoting and installation. The system is ideal for initial cabling infrastructure design and retrofit applications.
