Cable Tray

The Graybar Storefront of B-Lines an installer-friendly, aluminum cable tray system. The cable tray design allows for installation without the problems of drilling and welding on-site. The readiness and speed of the installation is the result of a pre-punched side rail design. The holes make the system flexible and versatile, allowing for the attachment of conduit clamps, bonding jumpers, Rail-Risers, boxes, wire basket runway and other accessories. The side rails provide holes to receive hanger rod clamps and splice plates. The splice plates allow for rigid and UL classified connection of Redi-Rail straight sections and fittings. When field-cutting straight sections, the pre-punched holes allow splices to be attached without drilling. Splice plates are included with all Redi-Rail straight sections and fittings.

Another important part of the tray is the Flex Mount Connector. The Flex Mount Connector is classified for UL grounding and allows the installer to adjust the tray to run both horizontally and vertically. The tray is available in 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-in. fill depths, and in ladder, ventilated and solid bottom options. It also meets and exceeds NEMA 12B load classification requirements.
