In an effort to differentiate its multiservice broadband access product line, Accelerated Networks (Moorpark, CA) is adding network integration services to its offering. At the DSLcon 2000 show this week in San Jose, CA, the company announced the immediate availability of AcceleratedStart, a full-featured set of professional services and support offerings focused on service providers that are experiencing massive growth, intense competition, budget constraints, and a limited number of knowledgeable people.
Services included in AcceleratedStart range from network design and installation to project management and technical support, and give carriers the additional resources they need to aggressively roll out new converged voice and high-speed data services.
Also included in AcceleratedStart is AcceleratedTAC technical assistance center, which offers remote diagnostic and on-site technical support packages with guaranteed round-the-clock support, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
AcceleratedStart services include:
- Planning, network design and engineering;
- Element/Network Management design and installation to tie Accelerated's AccessPilot EMS into the carrier's operations support systems (OSS);
- Project management;
- Network Operations Center design and implementation;
- Engineering, Furnishing, and Installation (EF&I) central office services;
- "Rack and Stack" central office installation services for Accelerated multiservice access platform (MSAP) concentrators and voice services gateways;
- Customer Premises Equipment installation services for Accelerated's family of integrated access devices (IADs);
