201 Series Snake Tray

The 201 Series Snake Tray is our most popular tray due to its versatility in applications. 201 Series Snake Tray can be mounted below access floors, wall mounted, ceiling mounted or suspended from threaded rod. Available in three configurations the 201 Series tray can accommodate up to 36 square inches of cable path which translate into 800 category 5 (Cat5e & 6) at 100% fill. The patented top mounted center spine allows the tray to be easily bent by hand to create both vertical and horizontal bends where needed to avoid obstacles and bend around corners.

Mounting rings or "Snake Eyes" are located every four inches along the spine, allowing easy attachment of threaded rod for suspended applications, and require only one UL listed connector bolt, CB-10, to join sections of tray to one another. Simple wall brackets (WBN) enable 201 Series Snake Tray to be suspend off a vertical surface and the ST under floor brackets attach the tray to access floor stanchion posts to creates cable pathways in the raised floor environment.

The open style architecture of the tray allows cables to be placed into the tray from the top without obstructions caused by mounting hardware, and will permit the cables to enter or exit at any point along the tray in any direction. Turning components complete the installation by maintaining the correct bend radius as prescribed by EIA/TIA thus eliminating bent or kinked cables. Perfect data communications thru the use of our patented trays can now be installed for a just a fraction of the cost of generic tray basket tray.
