For home and small businesses the FriendlyNET FH10T8-G hub is an affordable way to connect multiple Macs and PCs. Users can directly connect up to eight nodes and expand to more workstations, servers and laptops by adding additional hubs, switches, or routers. Compared to other 10BaseT hubs, the hubs offer compatibility with industrial standards, convenient visual network status management, and peace of mind - everything a SOHO user wants from their new network. In addition, the new FH10T8-G offers a more compact case, cool translucent color and the latest in 10BaseT hub technology.

Each port on the FriendlyNET FH316 automatically negotiates the fastest data rate (up to 100 Mbps) for maximum performance. Internally the hub logically connects all 10 Mbps devices onto one network and 100 Mbps devices onto another network. An integrated 10/100 switch bridges all devices together. With the company's innovative Extended Range technology, add another FH316 hub to connect 100 Mbps devices up to 100 meters (328 feet)--20 times further than other 10/100 hubs.
