Module Chassis
Components in the Passive Component Module System are available in a wide variety of connector types and configurations. The module chassis is designed to fit into any shelf locations within existing 23 in. fiber distribution frames. These can be deployed into new frames or retrofitted into an existing chassis position in existing frames. New components can be incorporated into the network. Mounted at the fiber distribution frame, components are protected from damage and are more easily managed. The module chassis is compatible with EIA and WECO rack mounting. The module chassis can accommodate up to 12 plug-in modules, 12 bulkhead plates, 12 blank panels, or any combination thereof. Horizontal mounted plug-in modules can be added or removed from the chassis without interference from existing terminated patch cords. The module chassis is available in a variety of mounting styles. Dimensions: (H x W x D) 8.0 in. x 21.6 in. x 12.1 in.
