AG Communication Systems introduces enhanced Central Office-based call distribution with Hunt Group Plus. Hunt Group Plus provides the small business with individual control of announcements and web access to productivity reports for improved customer service and productivity. Using client-server technology and standard telephony interfaces, Hunt Group Plus can be deployed independent of the switch vendor. Hunt Group Plus also allows a service provider to expand their hunt group service by including lines that can not be included in current hunt groups such as mobile and residential phones, all with the convenience and reliability of a Central Office-based hosted service.
