Managed LAN service is available to help configure, deploy, monitor and manage the RCN Voice/Ethernet switch. This service gives one point of contact for voice WAN and LAN management. No configuration or expertise is required from the customer, and switches are monitored 24x7 by RCN. Minimal IT staff is required by the customer in WAN/LAN management. Other benefits include seamless addition of new Hosted Voice seats during expansion, increased reliability, minimal network downtime with guaranteed SLA response times and lower operational costs.
