The Co-Lo Condo is the first Co-Location cabinet designed to accommodate the rapid expansion of today's constantly evolving data center. The cabinet's engineered versatility allows it to be reconfigured in the field to increase or decrease the amount of co-location compartments from 1 to 2, ,3 or 4 - at any time. The Co-Lo Condo has unique tamper resistant wiring ducts, "Dyna-Lock" moveable partition separators, and a fully welded #16 GA steel constructed flame.

The Co-Lo Condo was designed and developed in response to the tremendous growth in the telecommunications industry due to the rapid advancements in Internet access, web hosting, wireless communication services, video conferencing, and local/long-distance service.
